Welcome to VETInnovate. By using this website and platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Platform Purpose
VETInnovate is an Erasmus+ KA220-VET project platform designed to support vocational education and training (VET) centres across Europe. The platform provides self-assessment tools, learning resources, and community features for VET professionals.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features such as the Self-Assessment Tool, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform solely for its intended educational and professional development purposes. You may not use the platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content, or to interfere with the functioning of the website.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including assessment tools, training materials, course content, and design — is owned by the VETInnovate consortium or its partners and is protected by copyright. You may use the materials for personal and institutional learning purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them for commercial use without written permission.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Assessment data and personal information are processed in accordance with EU GDPR regulations.
6. Disclaimer
The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While the consortium strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all materials are error-free or that the platform will be uninterrupted. The VETInnovate consortium is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
7. EU Funding Disclaimer
This project is co-funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the granting authority. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
