Supporting VET Learners

Overview

This module explores how Vocational Education and Training (VET) centres can support and prepare learners for the twin digital and entrepreneurial transition, equipping them with the advanced digital competences, entrepreneurial capacities and socio-emotional skills needed to thrive in highly technological, fast-changing labour markets. It is structured around five key axes — Development of Digital Competences, Entrepreneurial Education, Development of Transversal (Soft) Skills, Career Guidance and Employability, and the Integration of Green and Digital Competences into educational projects. Drawing on recognised frameworks such as DigComp and EntreComp and on EU priorities including the Digital Compass 2030, the European Skills Agenda and the Accessibility Act, it shows how VET centres can foster learners' creativity, initiative and adaptability for lifelong learning.
